group therapy

Group therapy is a powerful way to learn about yourself while applying insights and relational tools with others in real time.

I guide group members in a psychodynamic group process that integrates somatic awareness and IFS “parts” work. These models will help you

  • cultivate authenticity, accountability, vulnerability, insight, and empathy.

  • connect with the different parts of your personality from a healing core of empathy and compassion.

  • relate to your body in ways that reveal the deeper wisdom of your emotions while increasing emotional resilience and release.

  • Reduced isolation: Group therapy can help individuals feel less isolated and lonely, as they connect with others who understand their struggles.
